U15 ECNL Team Finishes Runner-up at ECNL National Championships

Waukeegan, IL

The 97 ECNL team finished 3rd overall in the ECNL B flight which put them into the top 8 and a chance to battle for the B National Championship at the ECNL National Championships in Waukegan, IL June 27-30.

In the Quarter-Final game, they beat #6 seed Freestate Soccer Alliance (MD) 3-1. In the Semi-Final, they took on #2 Seed Sereno (AZ) and tied 1-1 but advanced to the National Championship game on Pk’s. In the Final, they faced Washington Premier. Another tie game but this time, the PK’s went to Washington Premier which meant a runner-up finish for the 15’s

The final was played before 75 Division I college coaches.

The 15’s also won the MYSA U16 Premier league this season.
