Training HAUS Strength & Performance Training

In-Season Strength & Performance Training Program
* Open to Minnesota Thunder Academy athletes only *

Today, wins are demanded at all levels and scholarships are on the line. The competitive level of soccer is pushing players to always be at their best.

At Training HAUS, powered by TCO, sports performance is the platform for athletic achievement. Our team of experts is committed to building a total athlete, while reducing the risk of injury through individualized evaluation and program design. Every athlete is challenged and empowered to identify, pursue, and achieve their personal goals.

Through Minnesota Thunder Academy’s ongoing partnership with Twin Cities Orthopedics and Training HAUS, MTA athletes have access to greatly discounted training sessions from a top sports performance facility, which will set our athletes up for success – for the current season, as well as for future goals and expectations.

This program is directed to the soccer athlete looking to improve both speed and strength. Our training objectives are to develop and continue to build strong, resilient, quick & fast athletes, without sacrificing on-field performance. Implementation of a structured strength and conditioning program can increase athletic performance and help mitigate an athlete’s risk factors and related injury occurrences in soccer. Training HAUS’ goal is to ensure that each athlete will be physically and mentally prepared for competition and to provide them with the necessary tools to compete and succeed.
